The contact form

When you choose to send the form, your name, email, service, message and language are transmitted to the website server and forwarded to consultoria@ivoneabacar.com. An encrypted connection is used to send the email. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange the follow-up you request. You are not added to a marketing list.

Confirmation on the website means that the email server has accepted the message; it does not confirm that it has been read. If sending is unavailable, you can use the direct contact options. The WhatsApp and email buttons prepare a message for you to send in your chosen app. Avoid including identity documents, passwords or banking details in your first message.

Spreadsheet purchase orders

When you send a purchase order for a spreadsheet, your name, company, email, phone number, tax number/NUIT (if provided), the chosen spreadsheet and your notes are sent to Ivone to confirm the order, payment, invoice and delivery. You also receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you provide. This website takes no online payments and never asks for bank or card details.

Guidance assessment

You can complete the assessment and view your result without providing contact details. Your answers remain in page memory and disappear when you close or refresh it. Only if you complete the optional form and consent to sending it will the six answers, suggested service, your contact details, message and language be sent to Ivone to prepare your conversation.

Cookies and third-party services

The website does not include advertising or visitor analytics tools. When you visit, you can accept all cookies, use only essential ones or customise your preferences. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be reviewed under “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Essential cookies protect form submissions, only when you use that service, and do not require consent for that purpose. If you allow the optional preference, your browser remembers your PT/EN language for your next visit to the homepage. If you decline, that preference is not stored. We do not enable analytics or advertising, even if you select “Accept all”. Minimal technical anti-abuse data is kept temporarily on the server, without storing message content in log files. Received messages are kept in the email inbox to manage your enquiry and follow-up. Photographs and fonts are served with the other website files. The hosting and email provider may process technical data for operation and security.

When you open WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram, you use those services under their own policies. The same applies to your email service.

You can write to the email address above to request information, access, correction or deletion of data you have shared directly, where applicable. Data relating to any service provided may be subject to separate retention conditions, communicated as part of that service.
